Dawn White, Dietician at Timberline Knolls, is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, has been a dietitian for 20 years. She entered the eating disorder field about three years ago. Recently, Dawn worked with the Christian therapy team to start a group called Food and Faith at Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center. She helps people bring God into their relationship with food and find healing in who they are made to be. She wants everyone to know the freedom they have in food, and know God’s great love for them.
