Rock Recovery
Rock Recovery is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports the journey to freedom from disordered eating. At Rock Recovery, we work to bridge gaps in resources for eating disorder treatment and education by removing the barriers of stigma, cost, and accessibility and by providing quality clinical care.
As a faith-based organization, we uniquely combine clinical expertise and evidence-based care with spirituality for deeper healing and restoration. Rock Recovery offers a wide range of community support services, educational workshops and sliding scale therapy programs to adults 18+ of all genders who are stepping down from a higher level of eating disorder care or who may need more support than individual therapy alone.
Our current outpatient group therapy services are available to individuals of all genders in DC, Maryland, Virginia and California. Our clinical recovery services include combined meal support and therapy, body image therapy, faith-based recovery support and therapy for specialized communities, like our monthly support group for moms who are navigating recovery.
