Anxiety Experts for Athletes VIOP

Are you an athlete impacted by disordered eating, an eating disorder, or Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S)? Anxiety Experts is proud to offer a Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (VIOP) exclusively for athletes.

We support athletes through a virtual platform to increase accessibility of care from school, home or another preferred location. We also treat co-occurring concerns such as anxiety, OCD, depression, and more. We work in a multidisciplinary team, offering evidence-based care to help you live the recovery-focused life you are worthy of while maximizing performance!

Research has established Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) to be the most effective treatment for anxiety-based disorders. All of our providers are experts in ERP and will help you manage anxiety by eliminating the avoidance behaviors or compulsions that worsen it.

Our compassionate staff will help you improve your relationship with movement, food, performance anxiety and body image. You will receive support through individual therapy, dietitian meetings and groups, learning the most effective ways to eliminate maladaptive behaviors and free yourself to actively pursue what you value most!
