I am a clinical social worker/psychotherapist and founder of Therapy For Solutions, a private practice offering high-quality therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.

In addition, I am a consultant with CEBTOhio, a leading eating disorder clinic specializing in comprehensive DBT. I am licensed in FL, MD, DC, and OH providing virtual therapy. I am also a scientist with a master’s degree in biochemistry.

My therapeutic expertise covers all types of eating disorders (Anorexia, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge eating, OSFED, ARFID) as well as co-occurring conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, borderline personality disorder, self-harm behaviors and postpartum depression. I have worked at all care levels, including inpatient psychiatric hospital, PHP, IOP, and outpatient in the field of eating disorders and in different eating disorder programs.

I offer scientifically proven therapies such as FBT, CBT-E, CBT, and DBT that treat eating disorders and other mental health conditions. I am certified in the leading treatment for eating disorders in adolescents- Family Based Treatment (FBT)- from the Training Institute of Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders.

I am also trained in the New Maudsley Approach for parents offering skills. I am highly trained and experienced as a DBT therapist and can offer specialized treatments for complex and hard to treat conditions including suicidality.
