Girl doing online support groupsThese are not therapeutic groups and are not a replacement for therapy or treatment. Rather, these groups are another tool to add to one’s recovery program or to help those just starting out on their journey to develop an effective plan for eating disorder recovery.

The open meetings are conducted on Zoom and are Hippa Compliant.

Each meeting will offer member sharing and useful eating disorder recovery tips and psycho-education.

There is only a $20 charge for these meetings as it is a service to those dealing with eating disorders and seeking recovery.

The opinions and views of our guest contributors are shared to provide a broad perspective of eating disorders. These are not necessarily the views of Eating Disorder Hope, but an effort to offer a discussion of various issues by different concerned individuals.

We at Eating Disorder Hope understand that eating disorders result from a combination of environmental and genetic factors. If you or a loved one are suffering from an eating disorder, please know that there is hope for you, and seek immediate professional help.
