Seasoned and certified multi-disciplinary (medical, dietary, counseling, coaching) specialists in anorexia, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, atypical anorexia, rumination. Virtual or in-person customized, evidence-based individual counseling and group counseling for mental health disorders and behavioral health conditions including eating disorders, body dysmorphia, depressive disorders, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress, relational conflicts, grief and loss.
Psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Dietary and nutrition services with CEDS RD’s for children, teens, adults, and families. Weekly DBT and RO-DBT groups led by certified practitioners.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Exposure Therapy. Meal Coaching and Support. Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy. Neuropsychological testing, including ADHD/ADOS testing. EMDR therapy. Parent Coaching and free weekly parent support groups.
