Run by Mecklenburg County, MeckHope is a community-based program that provides a number of services to help combat issues that often drive or maintain poor mental health. Both urgent and preventive mental health and substance use programs are offered, along with 24-hour support lines for crisis intervention. The program also offers broader, more long-term initiatives, focused on everything from case management to securing permanent housing to providing medical care.
