Jeannette Rojas
Jeannette Rojas, LASAC, CADAC II, CEDS is the Executive Program Director at Rebecca’s House Eating Disorder Treatment Programs.
After studying at ANAHUAC University in Mexico City, Jeannette became a Clinical Psychologist and received a post-graduate degree diploma in Substance Abuse and Alcoholism. Jeannette is trained as a Level II Equine-Assisted Psychotherapist (EAP II) through EAGALA and is also a Licensed Associate Substance Abuse Counselor (LASAC) in the State of Arizona. She is also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor II (CADAC II).
After working in psychiatric hospitals in Mexico City, she coordinated clinical services for an Employee Assistance Program in Mexico. Jeannette then helped develop the first treatment center in Mexico for eating disorders, trauma, and addictions, serving as Director and Vice President. Jeannette facilitated a process group as Primary Therapist and coordinated the Eating Disorders Program, which includes work in body imagery, DBT, the Family Program, restaurant outings with patients and dietitian, Continuing Care Planning, and maintaining communication with the referring professional at Sierra Tucson. Jeannette is well known for providing trainings, coordinating Eating Disorder staff team building, and speaking at conferences and other professional events and media.
