Eating Disorder Help for The George Washington University
The George Washington University (GW) has many resources available to students in eating disorder recovery.
SPEAK GW, a former student group on campus that is currently taking a hiatus, partnered with Eating Disorder Hope for various NEDAwareness Week 2016 events, including a Google Hangout and Twitter chat.
Counseling services and referrals to outside treatment programs are available at GW’s Mental Health Services office.
Body Image and Eating Concerns weekly process group is open to undergraduate and graduate students. Contact Nancy E. Cass, LICSW, at [email protected] for more information.
GW provides students with general information on eating disorders and local resources available to them.
