The Executive Director has primary responsibility for an established CARF-accredited, residential eating disorders treatment facility for adult women, which is situated in a beautiful facility in a forest setting in North Carolina. This program features a multi-disciplinary approach to eating disorder treatment based on current, evidence-based best practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy as the core. Treatment varies based on the needs of the individual.
This position operates as the CEO, taking full responsibility for all aspects of this program, taking a market-based approach and leading and developing the staff. The areas of responsibilities include: managing all facilities operations, delivery of treatment services, development and implementation of programs, staffing and staff development, budget and financial forecasting, marketing and representing the facility to the public and referral sources.
Requirements for this position:

Duties include:
Coordinate overall programming for partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs for eating disorder treatment center
Maintain a minimum caseload of patients and therapy groups; lead weekly community group
Provide meal support at meals/snacks at least 1x week
Supervise therapists and graduate interns; provide regular supervision time for therapists and interns; provide reviews for supervisees
Serve as a liaison between treatment facility and graduate program(s)
Manage staffing schedules
Provide support in the absence of clinical staff; coordinate crisis management; assign on-call rotation
Oversee assessment process and assign patients to therapists; provide assessments
Collaborate with admission & case management coordinator, business office and leadership team re: new admissions and discharge planning
Manage administrative and AMA discharges from facility
Attend weekly clinical staff meetings

Postdoctoral Clinical Fellowship Position
The Cleveland Center for Eating Disorders (CCED) is pleased to announce that we are accepting applications for a postdoctoral fellowship position in our DBT Program. CCED is a nationally known center committed to providing evidenced based care for individuals with eating disorders (EDs) in a structured and supportive environment. In addition to providing DBT-enhanced day treatment and outpatient care, as well as Family-Based/Maudsley treatment for adolescents, we have also developed a comprehensive DBT track for multidiagnostic ED patients who have not responded to standard ED treatment approaches.
We are specifically seeking someone with DBT training and experience to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. As an active member of our DBT Team, you will provide individual DBT to adult clients, participate in our DBT consultation team, facilitate DBT skills groups, and contribute to the ongoing development of our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) DBT program. There will also be opportunities to become involved in our Adolescent DBT treatment program and Multifamily Skills Training Group.
This fellowship position provides diverse clinical and research experience. Fellows will have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to graduate students, contribute to the development and implementation of ongoing clinical research, and participate in regular didactic seminars. The main goal of the postdoctoral fellowship at CCED is to allow trainees to develop advanced competence in the use of DBT for complex, multidiagnostic patients with EDs.

Qualifications:
