I recently purchased the Meal Cards and I love them! They are very useful in staying mindful for me while eating. I use them with my kids when we eat our meals. They love this. We talk about what the food tastes like or how our bodies feel. It helps me tremendously, and it teaches them that their bodies and food are so amazing. Thank you for making the Meal Cards. They are a blessing.
