Dr Rollins is a registered, licensed dietitian working with two LPC counselors at the Life Enrichment Center. With a doctorate in nutrition and a focus in psychology, she has worked more than a dozen years with all types of eating disorders in males and females, youth through elderly previously in a hospital setting, and now in private practice. She works with the whole continuum of weight issues from anorexia and bulimia nervosa, night eating syndrome, and emotional and compulsive over-eating leading to obesity and bariatric surgery. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the non-diet approach, encourages intuitive eating and prefers teaming with a counselor.
