The River Centre Clinic (RCC) is a modern treatment facility located just outside of Toledo, Ohio that is committed to providing highly economical and state of the art treatment for those suffering from eating disorders. Our innovative treatment programs for adults and adolescents are individually tailored to meet the specific needs of those with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating, and other atypical eating disorders. The RCCa's innovative Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for adults combines 35 hours a week (5 days-a-week, 7 hours-a- day) of specialized eating disorder treatment with an option, at no extra charge, of independent living accommodations in or near the main facility. The PHP level of care, combined with this college dormitory style living, provides enough intensity, structure and safety to be effective, without the disadvantages of a restrictive hospital environment. It is an economical alternative to inpatient treatment proven effective for the vast majority of adults who suffer from serious eating disorders. The RCC's Adolescent Residential Treatment Program is available for individuals between 12 and 17 years old. The Residential Program offers 24-hour care, 7 days a week and provides the high level of intensity, structure, safety and monitoring necessary for adolescents with eating disorders.
