Timberline Knolls, a private residential treatment center, offers a nurturing environment of recovery for women ages 12 and older struggling to overcome anorexia nervosa, bulimia, and binge eating disorders. 

We have helped hundreds of women and their families build lifelong recovery, and once again feel hope, health and wholeness. Our holistic approach to treatment has proven effective for women and girls suffering with eating disorders, with or without co-occurring disorders such as alcohol abuse, drug addiction, mood disorders or anxiety disorders.
Timberline Knolls’ highly acclaimed eating disorder treatment staff recognizes how important it is to understand each woman as an individual. Our program focuses on treating the entire self: addressing each woman's physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and social needs.

Insight combines intensive outpatient treatment with metropolitan transitional living at Millennium Place. Delivering high-quality care for anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorders and emotional overeating, Insight and Millennium Place put patients in a typical urban environment to help them gain confidence and skills for living in the real world.

Residents of Millennium Place experience grocery shopping and meal preparation, exercise safely under the supervision of a credentialed trainer, plan meals with a registered dietitian and participate in recreational, cultural and recovery activities while enjoying the freedom to work, volunteer to attend school in Chicago. Most residents receive intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization or individual therapy services at Insight across the street.

Run by adjunct faculty members of Northwestern University, Insight Psychological Centers delivers research-based treatment for eating disorders including CBT, DBT, group and family therapy, supervised meals, nutrition services and experiential therapy. Insight's outpatient treatment center and Millennium Place are safely located in the heart of Chicago on Michigan Avenue.

Diane Bubeck & Associates has a trained therapist and licensed dietitians that enable them to understand the whole person, not just their behaviors.
