Dr. Kevin Wandler - Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Kevin Wandler is the Chief Medical Officer at Remuda Ranch. He is board certified in General Psychiatry, with Added Qualification in Addiction Psychiatry, by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr Wandler has been with Remuda Ranch since 1995. He presents often to US and international audiences on eating and anxiety disorders. Additionally, he has authored many articles for professional journals and magazines.
Dr. Wandler has been married for 28 years and has two sons: Matthew and Ryan. Indeed, his greatest joy in life is his family. In spare time, he enjoys cooking and trying to figure out how to maintain a successful garden in the Arizona heat.
Dr. Dena Cabrera Psy.D
Dr. Dena Cabrera Psy.D., a licensed psychologist, is an expert in the psychodiagnostic assessment and treatment of eating disorders. Since 1999, she has been involved in program development, staff training and supervision throughout Remuda Ranch. She speaks to national audiences on eating and anxiety disorders and has written many articles for professional journals and magazines.
Dr. Cabrera is married and the mother of two children: Alexis and Erik. She enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, movies and going to the theater.
